Job Description

• Finalization of Accounts
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts.
• Audit & Compliance
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax auditors for timely completion of audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Assist in implementation of audit recommendations.
• Direct Taxation
• Assist in computation and filing of income tax returns.
• Handle TDS compliance including deduction, payment, and filing of returns.
• Respond to notices and queries from tax authorities under supervision.
• Indirect Taxation
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns.
• Reconcile GST input credit and resolve mismatches.
• Assist in GST audits and departmental assessments.
• Stay updated with changes in GST laws and ensure compliance.
• MIS & Reporting
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in variance analysis and cost control initiatives.
