Required Technical Skill - SuccessFactors PMGM & SPCD Consultant

Must-Have

1. Minimum 4 - 6 End-End-To Implementations in PMGM & SPCDP

2. Should have certification in SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management (PMGM)

3. Certified in SuccessFactors Succession Planning and Development (SPCDP)

4. Good Knowledge in Goal setting, Configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, calibration templates, and continuous performance management features, Goal cascading, Group and Team Goals functionalities

5. Experience with Continuous Performance Management and knowledge in 360 Degree multi rater templates

6. Configure and implement succession planning tools to identify and develop future leaders. Create succession org charts, talent pools, and bench strength analysis.

7. Integrate succession data with performance, compensation, and learning modules

8. Knowledge in identifying the talent gaps with career paths that link to development plans and learning activities (through SAP SuccessFactors Learning)

9. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap / blueprint development

10. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
