Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst (2-4 years experience) with strong proficiency in SQL, particularly Snowflake (Postgres experience is a plus), and Python for data wrangling using libraries like Pandas and NumPy. The ideal candidate will be adept at building dashboards using tools like QuickSight or Tableau, possess familiarity with A / B testing frameworks, and excel at performing quick ad-hoc analysis using Excel / Google Sheets. Key responsibilities include transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders through excellent communication and analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables :
Data Extraction and Querying :
- Demonstrate Strong SQL proficiency, with direct, hands-on experience querying large, complex datasets in Snowflake (knowledge of PostgreSQL is also valuable).
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex queries for reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and data preparation for downstream models.
Programming and Analysis :
Apply Proficiency in Python for data wrangling, analysis, and visualization.Utilize essential libraries, including Pandas for data manipulation, NumPy for numerical operations, and Matplotlib / Seaborn for creating compelling visualizations.Reporting and Visualization :
Leverage Experience with visualization tools like QuickSight, Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, or similar to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.Statistical Analysis and Experimentation :
Apply Familiarity with A / B testing frameworks and core statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, confidence intervals) to evaluate product changes and business initiatives.Ad-Hoc Analysis :
Utilize Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for quick ad-hoc analysis, data validation, and sharing immediate insights with business teams.Communication and Insight Delivery :
Employ Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders (Product Managers, Marketing, Leadership).Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :
