Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and curious Business Development Intern to support our go-to-market efforts. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and strategy teams to identify growth opportunities, drive lead generation, and help build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients across industries and geographies (India, USA, UK, UAE)
  • Assist in lead generation via LinkedIn, email, and other outreach platforms
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Support in creating sales decks, demos, proposals, and case studies
  • Track and update CRM with prospecting and outreach activities
  • Learn and support the end-to-end sales funnel : discovery demo follow-up closure
  • Contribute to partnership and channel growth initiatives
  • What We're Looking For

  • Final year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable with outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot CRM
  • Curious about AI, SaaS, HR Tech, and startup growth
  • Hustler mindset : ownership, speed, and resilience
