About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP CS Consultant with strong experience in Service Module transformation within a Fiori environment. This role involves designing and implementing new service models, handling return processes, and guiding architecture decisions for a global rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of SAP Customer Service Modules into Fiori-based solutions.
• Handle return process workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide knowledge transfer and create blueprints for multiple countries.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders across subsidiaries (India being a major hub).
• Offer guidance on architecture and integration strategies.
• Support go-live planning and subsequent rollouts.
