Role Overview

The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, drive business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role demands leadership, financial acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset to achieve branch-level targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and compliant functioning.
• Drive loan sales and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Manage collections efficiently to maintain portfolio health and minimize NPAs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and partners.
• Lead, train, and motivate the branch sales and operations team for optimal performance.
• Implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives to increase branch profitability.
• Monitor loan disbursement, documentation, and adherence to internal credit policies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain audit readiness at all times.
• Resolve customer queries promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
