Job Title : Java Spring Boot Tech Lead (5-6 Years Experience)

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Spring Boot Tech Lead to

join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Java

development with a strong focus on Spring Boot. As a Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and mentoring a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring the successfuldelivery of projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers,

ensuring best practices, code quality, and on-time project delivery.

System Architecture : Collaborate with architects to design and implement scalable and

maintainable software systems using Java and Spring Boot.

Development : Write high-quality code and review code contributed by team members,

actively participating in software development tasks.

Mentorship : Mentor and train junior developers, fostering their growth and development

within the team.

Project Management : Collaborate with project managers to plan and manage project

timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.

Code Reviews : Perform regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide

constructive feedback to team members.

Troubleshooting : Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide technical

support to the team as needed.

Documentation : Ensure proper documentation of code, architecture, and technical solutions

for future reference.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and

product management, to ensure seamless project execution.

Innovation : Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend

the adoption of new tools and practices to improve development processes.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

5-6 years of professional experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Strong understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and RESTful

APIs.

Proficiency in database design and SQL.

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

Relevant certifications in Java and Spring Boot are a plus.
