Job Description

Growise Advisory LLP is seeking a highly skilled Executive for Global Mobility and International Payroll to manage and streamline the global workforce mobility programs and oversee international payroll operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with global payroll regulations, coordinate employee relocations across borders, and support the organization in maintaining efficient and compliant global mobility processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute global mobility programs including employee relocations, assignments, and repatriations.
  • Ensure compliance with international payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements across multiple countries.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for expatriates and international employees.
  • Maintain and update global mobility policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws and business needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on global mobility and international payroll matters.
  • Monitor and analyze mobility and payroll data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to global mobility costs, payroll compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless integration of global mobility and payroll processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in global mobility management and international payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of international payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with multi-country payroll providers and global mobility vendors.
  • Excellent understanding of expat tax, immigration, and social security issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
