• As the Director of Product at this Company, you will be responsible for informing, influencing, and owning our 15-step product development lifecycle : product roadmap, stakeholder request review, epic and story estimation, technical story requirements, software development, quality assurance / testing, deployment, and retrospective review.
• The goal is product-led growth via a squad based, agile engineering team.
• You will also work closely with the team to ideate and lead discussions pertaining to the continued development and architecture of the Company products as well as lead our engineering teams to ensure both consistency and quality across all software releases.
• In addition to developing and maintaining the Company product, you will work cross-functionally within the Company team to understand broader product and engineering initiatives and how the engineering team can have an impact on the shared vision of the business.
• This position reports directly to the SVP of Operations at ChartRequest.
