We are looking for a hardcore sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can take on aggressive targets, and is passionate about helping students achieve their study abroad dreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Nbyula’s Pro Membership to prospective students and parents.
- Understand student needs and clearly articulate the value proposition of our premium offerings.
- Achieve and exceed aggressive monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting, outreach, consultation, to closure.
- Follow up with leads generated via marketing campaigns, webinars, and referrals.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner networks.
- Work closely with the student coaching / operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new members.
- Provide insights from customer interactions to enhance product and service offerings.
Requirements
Proven sales experience (minimum 1–3 years) with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Experience in the study abroad / edtech / education counseling industry is a big plus.Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong understanding of customer psychology and ability to build rapport quickly.Self-motivated, target-driven, and relentless in closing deals.Bachelor’s degree (any field); MBA / PGDM preferred but not mandatory.What We Offer
