Job Title : SAP MM Procurement (Data Migration)

Location : (Remote)

Job Type : Full-time

Duration : 12-15 months + ext

Role Summary :

The SAP MM Data Migration serves as the global focal point for procurement-related data objects during migration projects. The role ensures accurate collection, validation, and migration of master and transactional data within SAP MM, coordinating with global and local stakeholders across functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the global owner for SAP MM data objects, coordinating with Template BDOs, Functional Streams, Data Migration Developers, and Legacy Experts.
Collect, review, and validate functional specifications for data migration tools.
Provide test datasets for migration tool validation and support defect resolution testing.
Guide business teams on data readiness, cleansing, and compliance with technical requirements.
Maintain and manage global templates and scripts (FSs, DDTs, SATs, DVSs), including validation, verification, and authorizations.
Review and approve SAT testing of migration tools and defect resolutions.
Conduct knowledge transfers to local Functional Data Owners and support deployment activities.

Key Skills & Experience :

Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM (Procurement) module.

Hands-on experience in SAP data migration projects (legacy to SAP S / 4HANA or SAP-to-SAP).

Familiarity with migration tools (SAP Data Services, LSMW, BODS, Syniti, etc.).

Experience with procurement master and transactional data (materials, vendors, purchase orders, stock integration points).

Ability to coordinate across global teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Experience in preparing and reviewing functional specifications, validation templates, and testing documentation.

Experience in pharmaceutical industry
