Job description10–15 years of engineering experience; 3+ years in lead / architect roles. Strong in Node.js (NestJS), ReactJS, React Native, Python (preferred), and TypeScript. Experience with AWS / GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, data pipelines, and healthcare data (EHR, FHIR, claims, ADT). Familiar with AI / ML and data-driven applications. Strong understanding of HIPAA, security, and healthcare compliance. Excellent system design, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven experience mentoring teams and delivering products in fast-paced or startup settings.
We are looking for a Lead Engineer who will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the company's healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist with strong leadership skills, capable of guiding engineering teams, setting best practices, and driving the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership
- Lead design and architecture discussions for scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Product Development
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to build and deliver end-to-end features.
- Drive the development of backend microservices, APIs, and frontend applications.
