Hiring : Executive Assistant to Founder (Legal firm experience preferred)
Location : Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Founder (Law Firm) and ensure smooth daily operations.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Manage calendars, meetings, court dates, and appointments
- Handle client communication with professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain legal files, case documents, and prepare OCR / paginated PDFs
- Supervise office staff and oversee daily office operations
- Manage travel arrangements for Founder and Advisors
- Handle petty cash, basic accounts, invoices, and vendor coordination
- Maintain office supplies, facilities, and service provider relationships
- Assist with occasional personal tasks for the Founder
🎓 Requirements
Graduate with 3–4 years’ experience in EA / Secretarial / Office Management roles(Legal firm experience preferred)Strong communication in English & HindiProficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, Apple systems & Adobe AcrobatStrong organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detailBasic accounting and vendor management skills
