Job description

Key Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive revenue growth by identifying and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive growth and retention of key clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to work independently with strong ownership and result orientation
  • Proficiency in Hindi is required; good command of English (both written and spoken) to be used as a working language
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis skills
  • Bachelor's degree or above
