Hours : 30–35 hours per week Type : Fixed-scope, long-term engagement Location : Remote (India-based only)
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly capable AI Full-Stack Developer to join our team on a part-time basis (30–35 hours per week). You’ll own the stack end-to-end — from backend architecture and APIs to frontend implementation. The project is AI-centric, focused on building a production-ready agent that solves a real business requirement.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI)
- Develop responsive and performant UIs using Next.js
- Integrate and optimize AI / LLM pipelines (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, custom agents)
- Manage data pipelines, database models, and API integrations
- Collaborate directly with founders and designers to bring ideas to life quickly
- Own technical decisions across the entire stack — reliability, speed, and scalability
