Management Trainee

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Management Trainee to manage tracking and follow-up with manufacturers in the healthcare sector. This is a critical role focused on maintaining operational timelines and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1) Manufacturer Follow-up : Serve as the primary point of contact for external manufacturers, ensuring timely follow-up on all activities related to quoting, communication, and process compliance within our platform.

2) Operational Tracking : Create and maintain detailed trackers to monitor key operational statuses and identify delays.

3) Data Management : Utilize Microsoft Excel to an advanced level to input, analyze, and report on operational data, ensuring accuracy.

4) Communication : Coordinate directly with internal teams and external partners to relay updates and resolve basic process issues.

5) Documentation : Ensure all follow-up communications and tracking records are accurately documented.

Required Qualifications

English Fluency (Written and Verbal) : A mandatory requirement for clear and professional communication with our manufacturer partners.

Expertise in Microsoft Excel : Proven proficiency with Excel functions (e.G., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for efficient data handling.

Strong Organizational Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tracking systems and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in an operations or administrative role.
