This is full-time role for PE transactional lawyer.

We advise leading companies and financial institutions on a wide spectrum of complex corporate and commercial issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• ? Qualified LLB or LLM from premier law school in India / abroad (qualified to work in India).
• ? 6- 8 years of demonstrated success across M&A, PE / VC transactions with a Tier 1 law firm.
