Founded in 1999 by Matthew Spacie, Magic Bus India Foundation enables adolescents to complete secondary education and skill young people for employment. Our Childhood to Livelihood programme works with individuals aged 12 to 24, impacting over 1 million young people across 24 states and 75 districts in India. We have established 240 Community Learning Centres, 80 Livelihood Centres, and 8 Entrepreneurship Incubation Centres, focusing on life skills, education, employability, and entrepreneurship development.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer located in Salem. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions as part of our Childhood and Livelihood programmes. Day-to-day tasks include teaching life skills, enhancing education, and imparting employability skills to adolescents and young people. Trainers will also be required to mentor young entrepreneurs, provide job-specific training, facilitate job placements, and offer post-placement support. Collaborating with school staff, community members, and other stakeholders is essential to the role.
