About the Role :

We are looking for passionate Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in Node.js and React, combined with excellent problem-solving and development skills. If you love building scalable applications, writing clean code, and working with modern web technologies, this role is for : This role requires hands-on experience with Node.js and React. Candidates with only Java or C experience will not be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Build & Innovate : Develop robust, scalable full-stack applications using Node.js for backend services and React for dynamic, responsive user interfaces.
  • Problem Solving : Apply strong analytical and technical skills to break down complex requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality code that meets business objectives.
  • Set the Standard : Establish and promote best practices in full-stack development, code architecture, and design patterns, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-documented code through regular peer reviews.
  • End-to-End Development : Work across the entire application stack - from RESTful API development and database design to frontend components and deployment, creating seamless user experiences.
  • Collaboration : Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay updated with emerging trends in web development, JavaScript ecosystem, and DevOps practices to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Strong expertise in Node.js (Express.js, API development, asynchronous programming, middleware, Strong expertise in React (hooks, component lifecycle, state management with Redux / Context API, React Router, performance optimization).
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals (ES6+, promises, async / await, closures, prototypes).
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Proficiency in database technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient queries.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git / GitHub).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material-UI, Bootstrap).
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality.

    • Good to Have (Plus Points) :

  • Experience with TypeScript in both frontend and backend.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment services.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.io).
  • Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, DataDog, Sentry).

    • Preferred : Graduate (B.Tech / BE) from in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
