JD :

• Certified Consultant in PMGM and CDP
• 5+ Years of experience in PMGM
• Work experience in SF with minimum 2 E2E Implementation in modules PMGM, CDP
• Understanding of high-level business processes related to Performance Management & Succession and Development
• Demonstrated experience in developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing SF modules under multiple deadlines
• Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Success.
• Configure SuccessFactors components spanning PMGM / CDP functions to meet client needs
• Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, user manuals, integration, and support.
• Hands on experience in business rules
• Hands on experience in configuration of the 360 Reviews feature , configuration ofPerformance Ratings and Permissions , configure of competencies ,configure of Calibration , goal plans and Continuous Performance Management (CPM) and the features of CPM
