QA Engineer

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-7 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, and bug reports. Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Description
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new software features.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality and performance.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and identify test cases.
- Log and track defects using bug tracking tools, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
