Role Overview

We are looking for a Quickbase Developer to manage, administer, and enhance our Quickbase platform. This person will take ownership of maintaining and improving our workflows, integrating Quickbase with Copper CRM and other systems, and supporting the broader team with automation and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration & Management
• Serve as the primary administrator for Quickbase, ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency.
• Development & Customization
• Design, build, and improve applications, forms, and workflows within Quickbase.
• Develop custom scripts, formulas, and pipelines to streamline processes.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for leadership and team use.
• Integrations & API Development
• Manage and enhance integrations between Quickbase and Copper CRM.
• Develop and maintain APIs to connect Quickbase with third-party systems (e.g., finance, HR, or project tools).
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows across platforms.
• Process & Workflow Optimization
• Partner with operations, finance, and client management teams to understand needs and translate them into system solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve Quickbase processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Support & Training
• Provide internal support to staff using Quickbase applications.
• Create documentation and train end users on workflows and updates.
