To lead this prestigious initiative, we seek a distinguished professional to join us as
Global Event Sales Head , a dynamic leader with a global mindset, entrepreneurial acumen, and an impeccable track record in driving sponsorship sales, strategic alliances, and partnerships within the
hospitality and luxury real estate ecosystem .
Role Overview
This is a
strategic leadership mandate
for an accomplished professional who can architect and accelerate the revenue engine of the Global Events Division.
You will be the driving force behind
sales, sponsorships, alliances, and global partnerships
transforming world-class concepts into commercially successful platforms that celebrate
innovation, design, and investment
in hospitality and luxury real estate.
With full
P&L ownership exceeding USD 1.5 million , this role demands a visionary leader who combines creativity with commercial rigour, influence with execution, and relationships with results.
Core Responsibilities
Sales Leadership :
Define and execute high-impact global sponsorship and alliance strategies, delivering revenue growth across conferences, summits, exhibitions, and boutique events.
Business Development :
Build and nurture partnerships across the luxury, design, and real estate spectrum - paints, cement, lighting, furniture, interiors, home décor, appliances, and construction technology.
Revenue & P&L Ownership :
Lead the division’s commercial performance with end-to-end accountability for achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
Global Brand Partnerships :
Cultivate strategic collaborations with luxury brands, developers, investors, and design innovators worldwide.
Event Monetisation :
Design sponsorship packages, partnership models, and barter alliances that drive both value and visibility.
Strategic Planning :
Partner with the senior leadership team to shape the global events roadmap aligned with Noesis’s long-term strategic objectives.
Team Leadership :
Inspire and manage a high-performance sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious targets through excellence, discipline, and innovation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience :
Minimum 10 years of leadership in event sales and sponsorship within
hospitality, luxury real estate, or allied premium sectors .
Proven Revenue Expertise :
Demonstrated success in managing event portfolios exceeding
USD 1.5 million in annual sponsorship revenue .
Global Exposure :
Hands-on experience executing event partnerships and alliances across international markets.
Industry Network :
Strong relationships within the construction and lifestyle ecosystem - paints, cement, furniture, interiors, lighting, and ultra-luxury product brands.
Mindset :
Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and performance-driven with a strong balance of strategy and sales intelligence.
