Account Executive – India (Full-time, full remote, based in India)

Central Test is an international leader in predictive talent assessment solutions, combining psychometrics, data science, and AI innovation . Founded in 2002, we help organizations make better people decisions, from recruitment to development, through our scientifically validated assessments and intelligent HR tools.

With offices in Paris, London, Dubai, Madagascar, and India, our multicultural team works with over 4,000 clients worldwide.

We are now seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team in India and contribute to the dynamic development of the APAC region.

Your Mission

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across India and neighbouring markets.

You will be responsible for managing part of the existing client portfolio, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the commercial development strategy in collaboration with our international teams.

You will work closely with Ritesh (India / Europe) and Nishant (India) to ensure a strong local presence, continuity of client relationships, and alignment with our global business goals.

Main Responsibilities

Account Management :

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of active clients in India, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across our assessment solutions and HR tools.

Business Development :

  • Identify and engage new prospects through proactive outreach, partnerships, and participation in HR events.
  • Present and demonstrate Central Test’s AI-driven solutions to HR leaders and partners.
  • Partnerships & Local Growth :

  • Develop relationships with local ATS vendors, training institutions, and HR tech partners to strengthen Central Test’s presence in the region.
  • Sales Performance :

  • Meet and exceed sales targets (revenue, new accounts, conversion rate) while maintaining accurate reporting in CRM tools.
  • Contribute to regional forecasts and business reviews with the international sales team.
  • AI & Innovation Integration :

  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, etc.) to enhance sales outreach, optimize lead generation, and personalize client communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on AI-led initiatives in sales enablement and customer engagement.
  • Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales , ideally in HR Tech, SaaS, or Talent Assessment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, you are a confident speaker able to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities with both SMB and enterprise clients.
  • Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and AI productivity tools .
  • A proactive, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset.
