What You Will Do :

As a Senior Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of our machining operations. Your mission will be to :

Lead & Innovate :

Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex components on our advanced HMC & VMC machines.

Problem-Solve :

Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting challenging machining and quality issues.

Drive Efficiency :

Champion initiatives for cycle time reduction, tooling optimization, and overall process improvement.

Mentor & Guide :

Train and develop our team of talented operators and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Ensure Quality :

Uphold the highest standards of precision by interpreting GD&T and utilizing advanced inspection tools.

What We're Looking For :

Experience :

8+ years of hands-on experience in a precision CNC machine shop with HMC and VMC machines.

Technical Prowess :

Expert-level knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc / Mitsubishi Controls preferred), CAM software, and fixture design.

Quality Focus :

Deep understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and precision metrology instruments (CMM, etc.).

Leadership Skills :

Proven ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across departments.

Education :

Diploma or Degree (BE / B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
