Role

We are seeking a Director of Engineering to build and lead one of our engineering teams. This team is responsible for evolving a product line that serves high-growth B2C, D2C companies, and large enterprises.We are looking for an experienced leader who has scaled enterprise products, solved complex challenges in SaaS environments, and can drive AI adoption and innovation as part of product evolution.

The Director of Engineering will lead the evolution of a product line that addresses challenges such as :

• How can we help agents resolve customer problems faster?How do we deliver a seamless omni-channel experience for agents?
• How do we build a solution that is fully configurable, yet performant (How do we create a continuous delivery platform to ship features weekly across multiple regions?
• How do we scale the system to support millions of users while controlling cloud costs?
• How do we embed agentic AI into the product line—AI agents that reason, act, and learn—to augment customer and agent experiences?
