What You’ll Do

As the Senior HR Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to our leadership team in India. Your mission : to align people initiatives with business goals and cultivate an engaging, high-performing culture.

You’ll :

  • Drive strategic HR programs across performance management, career development, and talent engagement.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Design and implement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, morale, and productivity.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and a culture of belonging.
  • Collaborate with global HR and COE teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence in delivery.
  • Lead change management and organizational transformation efforts.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee payroll and ensure integrity across attendance and leave records.

What You Bring

  • A full-time postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in complex, global, matrix organizations.
  • A strong business acumen and data-driven mindset.
  • Proven experience supporting both business units and functions with strategic HR guidance.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
