Job descriptionCounsel clients seeking PR for Canada and Australia on eligibility, process, documentation, and timelines Provide end-to-end guidance for PR services from initial consultation to application submission Maintain up-to-date knowledge on immigration rules and policies for both countries Handle client queries professionally and build strong client relationships Track leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments Meet monthly / quarterly conversion and revenue targets Maintain records in CRM and ensure all documentation is updated and compliant Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely support and service delivery Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline Prior experience in immigration or overseas consulting is preferred Strong knowledge of PR pathways for Canada and / or Australia Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
