Location : India (Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune & Noida)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud – SCM Planning Support Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Planning Cloud, Demand Management Cloud , and Sales & Operations Planning . This role involves delivering high-quality support and working on solutions related to reports, conversions, extensions, and integrations with related edge applications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion SCM Planning modules.
  • Own and manage complete end-to-end solution designs.
  • Collaborate with client and internal teams to define, document, and clarify business requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on data migration, integration, and impact analysis.
  • Participate in data mapping sessions and assist with building data conversions aligned with business needs.
  • Review and validate complex configurations and functions before final deliverables.
  • Analyze and coordinate Oracle patch releases and assess their impacts across modules.
  • Support the creation of test scenarios and provide clarification on functional designs and development.
  • Liaise with technical and functional teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 7 years of IT experience , including at least 5 years of hands-on Oracle ERP implementation / support experience.
  • Proven experience with the following Oracle Cloud modules :
  • Supply Planning Cloud
  • Demand Management Cloud
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data architecture and integration best practices.
  • Ability to manage solution impacts, dependencies, and inter-module interactions.
  • Hands-on experience in data migration, conversion strategies, and integration with edge systems.
  • Skilled in analyzing quarterly Oracle patch updates and communicating potential impacts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
