Project Management Associate / Business Analyst – Enterprise Financial Applications (Offshore, US Time Zone)

About the Role

We are building a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) within our Enterprise Financial Applications organization, which oversees multiple financial workstreams — including GL / Treasury, AP, AR, and Practice Management systems.

We are seeking 2–3 highly capable Project Management Associates / Business Analysts to help us bring structure, visibility, and governance across our global program portfolio. These individuals will serve as the bridge between solution architects, business stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring every initiative / project is well-documented, properly scoped, estimated, and communicated.

This is a hands-on coordination and analytical role, ideal for professionals with strong SAP exposure (preferred), excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work U.S. time zones.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Governance & Visibility

• Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of all active and planned projects within financial applications.
• Drive visibility into project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with architects and technical leads to define project charters, scope, estimates, and success metrics.
• Ensure project estimates are complete, reviewed, and aligned with delivery expectations.
• Acting as PM, Scrum Master, Project coordinators for Enterprise Finance Applications
