About the role
Programming.com is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to build, retain, and grow IT services / staffing accounts. You’ll be the single point of contact for clients, ensure on-time delivery with Sales and Recruitment, and drive revenue growth.
What you’ll do
- Own key accounts : farming + selective hunting (upsell / cross-sell / new logos)
- Translate client goals to delivery plans; ensure SLA adherence and quality
- Manage SOWs / MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand; improve time-to-fill
- Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts; flag risks and drive resolutions
What you’ll bring
1–5 years in Client Relationship / Account Management or BD in IT Services / Consulting or IT StaffingProven revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder managementContract management, negotiation, billing / invoicing exposureWorking knowledge of SDLC / Agile and IT hiring cyclesNice to have
