Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of client-facing and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across global locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution : Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Cross-Functional Team Management : Manage cross-functional teams across global time zones, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Risk Mitigation : Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Issue Resolution : Support customer escalations with urgency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Capacity Planning : Collaborate with resource managers and leadership to support capacity planning and forecasting.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk logs.
• Task Management : Ensure project tasks, owners, dependencies, and completion percentages are tracked and updated regularly.
