Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie based in Pune, Maharashtra. The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, assisting in the development of new menu options, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining food safety standards. The role requires working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and may involve taking charge of specific kitchen sections when required.
Qualifications
Proficient in contintental food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation
Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen hygiene, and health regulations
Ability to supervise junior staff and manage assigned kitchen sections
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
Relevant culinary certifications or a diploma in culinary arts is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in a professional kitchen, is an advantage
