Job descriptionDevelop and lead comprehensive solution architectures for supply chain planning processes using systems like SAP IBP and Kinaxis Design and maintain end-to-end architecture supporting seamless data flow across planning, procurement, and inventory management systems Lead integration efforts between ERP systems, planning platforms, and data lakes for harmonized data exchange Analyze current business processes and propose improvements and optimizations using industry best practices Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business leaders, IT, and solution teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams Coordinate architectural frameworks and lead architectural domains (technical, data, application, and security) within the DET-SCM group Support project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions Develop documentation and deliver training sessions for end-users and support personnel Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of supply chain innovation Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) 10+ years of experience in supply chain and S&OP planning At least 5 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture Strong expertise in planning tools such as SAP IBP and / or Kinaxis RapidResponse Proficient in data modeling and system integration in large-scale enterprise environments Deep understanding of supply chain concepts, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory control Experience working with cloud platforms and modern integration technologies Fluent in English
