The Manager of Software will be responsible for leading teams of engineers in our Bangalore office location. The Manager must have a strong background in software delivery, including running multinational software scrum teams.

This position is based in Bengaluru, India.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in development of new software features in a mature enterprise web application.
• Breaking down high-level milestones into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with product managers, technical directors, engineers, SQA and technical support to : Coordinate and drive sprint and release planningPrioritize and scope software releasesDrive requirements and definitionTrack project dependencies and critical pathIdentify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies with the teamProvide status reporting to company leadership and stakeholders
• Take responsibility for solving all problems affecting a software release
• Perform other duties as assigned
