Role Overview

The Sales Manager – B2B will be responsible for developing and managing corporate relationships, acquiring new clients, and nurturing partnerships with global relocation companies, HR teams, corporate mobility departments, embassies, and real estate partners. The role demands strong relationship-building, solution-based selling, and hands-on negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Corporate Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and onboard new corporate clients, relocation partners, real estate consultants, and facility management companies .
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, , corporate visits, and industry events.
  • Pitch Mr. Move’s domestic and international relocation services with confidence and clarity.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with HR heads, admin teams, mobility managers, travel departments, and expatriate coordinators .
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure repeat business and client retention.
  • 3. Revenue & Sales Targets

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
  • Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Track and monitor sales funnel, conversions, and pipeline metrics.
  • 4. Coordination & Service Delivery

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of corporate moves.
  • Handle escalations professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • 5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain CRM entries, client reports, visit logs, and proposal records.
  • Share weekly and monthly sales performance reports with management.
  • Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 4–10 years of B2B or corporate sales experience , preferably in logistics, relocation, hospitality, corporate services, real estate, or facility management industry.
  • Strong network in corporate HR / Admin / Mobility teams is a plus.
  • Skills Required

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage high-value clients and deliver solutions-based selling.
  • Must be target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
