Guest Service Associate - Food and Beverage Service

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Associate - Food and Beverage Service located in Gokarna. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for managing guest services and providing exceptional customer service to all guests. Daily tasks include handling reservations, assisting guests with enquiries, ensuring guests are comfortable and well-served, and maintaining high standards of communication with guests and staff.

Guest Services and Guest Service skills

Food and Beverage Service Experience

Strong Communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent qualification
