We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Group-level Doctor Recruitment and Engagement strategies, playing a critical role in shaping our clinical capabilities and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
The Group Head Doctor Recruitment & Engagement will be a pivotal leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier Doctors talent across the Sterling Hospitals Group. This role requires a unique blend of clinical understanding, administrative acumen, strong relationship-building skills, and a strategic focus on building high-performing clinical teams.
1. Doctor Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :
- Strategic Sourcing : Innovate, Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract highly qualified doctors, including specialists and super-specialists, for all facilities within the Group.
- Needs Assessment : Partner closely with Facility and Zonal Directors to understand the evolving staffing requirements of existing clinical departments and support the launch of new clinical specialities.
- Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust, long-term talent pipeline for critical and emerging clinical roles to support the growth of the Group's clinical Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
- Recruitment Process Leadership : Oversee the end-to-end doctor recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a professional, timely, and compliant process from initial contact through credentialing and onboarding.
2. Doctor Engagement & Retention :
Retention Strategies : Design and implement programs and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and engaging work environment for all doctors, thereby improving retention rates.Relationship Management : Serve as a key liaison between the doctors and hospital administration, ensuring effective two-way communication and addressing professional needs and concerns.Culture Building : Champion a supportive, collaborative, and high-performance culture among the medical staff.3. Strategic & Stakeholder Management :
Clinical CoE Support : Strategically recruit key clinical leaders and team members necessary to support the establishment and growth of high-quality clinical Centers of Excellence (CoEs) across the Group.Stakeholder Management : Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills by collaborating effectively with Facility Directors, Zonal Directors, Department Heads, and Group Leadership to align recruitment goals with the strategic clinical objectives of the organization.Networking & Outreach : Leverage strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with leading medical institutions, universities, professional bodies, and key opinion leaders to enhance the Group's employer brand and recruitment reach.Desired Profile :
Graduate (Any) | MBBS qualification shall be preferredExperience : 12-18 Years is required, with significant and demonstrable relevant experience in doctor recruitment and engagement within a reputable healthcare settingExperience in Pharmaceutical | Hospitals | Diagnostic Chains | Medical Devices shall be preferred.In-depth understanding of the Indian healthcare landscape, clinical specialities, and medical credentialing processes.Proven ability to work effectively with and influence senior medical professionals and administrative leaders.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A proven track record of building strong networks and driving successful engagement initiatives.Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.(ref : iimjobs.com)
