Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Trichy IIM college i for skilled cooks specializing in Chinese, Tandoori, and North Indian cuisines. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes as per established recipes, maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, and ensuring the presentation aligns with the restaurant's quality expectations. The role also involves managing daily kitchen operations, overseeing ingredient preparation, and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing authentic Chinese, Tandoori, or North Indian dishes
• Experience in food preparation techniques, including marination, grilling, and wok cooking
• Knowledge of maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to manage high-volume cooking and work efficiently under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Prior kitchen experience and culinary certifications are advantageous
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
