Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Business Partner Offline Sales to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee welfare for our offline sales team. The role involves taking complete ownership of HR policies, payroll (on-roll and off-roll), TA hiring, attendance management, expense reimbursements, onboarding, and offboarding . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales HR operations and a strong understanding of field employee management in a fast-paced consumer environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Policy Management

Act as the single point of contact for all HR-related matters for the offline sales team.

Manage salary processing, attendance tracking, and leave management for on-roll and off-roll employees.

Implement and monitor HR policies ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

Oversee onboarding and exit formalities , including documentation, background verification, and F&F settlements.

Support TA hiring and coordination with recruitment teams for timely closures.

Employee Welfare & Engagement

Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives for the field sales team.

Address grievances and ensure effective communication between employees and management.

Conduct regular feedback sessions and engagement activities to improve retention and morale.

Expense & Reimbursement Management

Handle travel and expense reimbursements , ensuring timely validation and processing.

Coordinate with finance for approvals and maintain accurate reimbursement records.

Coordination & Reporting

Partner with sales, HR, and finance teams for smooth operational coordination.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports on attendance, attrition, and manpower analytics.

Support leadership with data insights for manpower planning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or Business Administration .

4+ years of experience in HR operations / HRBP roles , preferably managing offline or field sales teams .

Strong knowledge of on-roll and off-roll workforce management and compliance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems.

Self-driven, process-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic setup.
