Production Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Production In-charge to oversee the entire production cycle for our Jute and Cotton Bags manufacturing unit.

This is a critical, hands-on role requiring a proven track record of managing end-to-end bag production. Only experienced candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

1)    Oversee the sourcing and procurement of raw materials, including jute and cotton fabrics, as well as necessary accessories.

2)    Maintain strict accountability for all incoming & outgoing materials (inventory management).

3)    Coordinate the complete production flow, ensuring seamless execution from the initial cutting stage through stitching, finishing, quality checks, final packing and dispatch.

4)    Conduct thorough reconciliation of raw materials consumed vs. actual production output to ensure efficiency & minimize wastage.

Qualifications

1) Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Textile Engineering / Production Engineering. MBA in Operations / Production Management is preferred.

2)    Significant experience as a Production In-charge / similar role within the Jute / Cotton Bags / textile manufacturing industry.

3)    Must possess production floor level knowledge of bag production processes, machinery & materials.

4)    Deep understanding of material sourcing and production line logistics.

5)    Strong process management and communication skills.

6)    Competency in MS-Word, Excel.
