We’re looking for a passionate

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect

to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale digital experience platforms.

If you have :

✅ 10–16 years of experience in Java / J2EE and AEM (6.x or higher)

✅ Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, OSGi, Sling, and JCR

✅ Hands-on experience with Adobe Cloud, CI / CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes

✅ Integration experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, or APIs

✅ A knack for performance optimization, scalability & security

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

: Define and design scalable AEM solutions (Sites, Assets, Workflows, OSGi, Dispatcher, etc.)

Development Oversight

: Guide teams in building reusable templates, components, workflows, and integrations.

Integration

: Work with APIs, Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, CRM, and third-party systems.

Performance & Security

: Optimize performance, handle caching / scalability, conduct security reviews, and ensure high availability.

DevOps & Cloud

: Implement CI / CD, manage releases, and support deployments on Adobe Cloud, AWS, or Azure.

Collaboration

: Work with UX designers, business teams, and stakeholders to align technical and business goals.

Leadership

: Mentor teams, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and document architecture.

Innovation

: Stay updated on Adobe product roadmap and implement best practices for headless CMS and cloud migration.
