Serve as a primary point of contact on call for prospective students throughout the admissions process, including answering inquiries, conducting informational sessions, and providing guidance on application procedures.Build relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institution and recruit prospective students.Review applications and assess candidates' qualifications, including academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and personal statements.Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their fit for the institution and provide information about academic programs, campus life, and support services.Collaborate with faculty, staff, and admissions colleagues to coordinate recruitment events, such as open houses, campus tours, and college fairs.Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment efforts, evaluate outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content, to attract and engage prospective students.Participate in professional development activities to stay informed about trends and best practices in college admissions.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
