Responsibilities :

• Providing Virtual CFO Services (Compliance and Advisory) to the client and help them to grow business with sustainability.
• Conduct and support internal audits, and ensure effective internal controls over financial reporting processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and reports.
• Help manage cash flow, investments, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and document controls, process SOPs, and system controls.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of functional financial systems.
• Conduct research on industry regulations, audit best practices, and identify improvement opportunities.
