SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Qualifications, Skills and Experience :

• Proven track record of successfully supporting a production environment within HR (SuccessFactors, Zellis, Aon)
• Excellent Understanding of the following modules
• Recruitment
• Onboarding
• Employee Central
• Learning Management
• Performance Management (Objectives / goals and Appraisals)
• Understanding of interfaces / integration from SuccessFactors including but not limited to Reporting centre, Integration Centre, Boomi and CPI
• Understanding of Payroll and benefits systems such as Zellis and AON
• Proven experience of working closely with business users of different levels including Senior, middle and junior levels.
• Use of productivity tools such as Confluence and Jira.
• Proven experience of working with mixed teams of permanent staff, contractors, consultants, vendors & cloud / out-sourcing service providers.
• Understanding of IT Control processes such as change management, segregation of responsibilities.
