Job Description :
The Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Client's HCM solution. The HCM Consultant will provide product and implementation expertise. The Consultant will work with the client to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the solution. The Consultant will take direction and provide status to the Project Manager assigned to their project.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.)
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement gathering and solution design.
- Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions
- Perform system testing : unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
- Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Good to have technical experience like data model of HCM Schemas, plsql.
- Work with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions and reports.
- Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues / problems.
- Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Good knowledge of functional flows of HRMS Cycles.
- Good to have knowledge of Finance.
Qualifications
8+ Years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspect.Hands-on experience for at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, especially in modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL.Familiar with the implementation process and be able to provide technical and functional support to end-users.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.Oracle certifications are a plus.
