About the role : We're hiring a Technical Solutions Engineer to build and lead this function from the ground up. In this high-impact role, you'll act as a tech evangelist driving product adoption through demos, walkthroughs, and technical support. You'll work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to craft and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to simplify complex tech for diverse audiences are key. This is a unique opportunity to shape product direction and create meaningful customer value.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather detailed integration requirements.
- Understand business use cases and identify all necessary integration touchpoints (e.g., event triggers, data flows).
- Maintain API documentation, including monitoring integrations APIs and reporting APIs health
- Participate in customer calls to gain clarity on operational needs and calling script dependencies.
- Define and document the data required to support both business logic and operational execution.
- Set up integration configurations as per the agreed-upon use cases.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
- Communicate blockers, risks, and dependencies clearly across internal and external teams.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including well-written Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
- Actively contribute to product development by getting involved in feature-building discussions and independently owning feature implementations where appropriate.
Requirements :
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and webhooks.Proficient in Python — capable of reading and debugging codebases to resolve integration issues.Able to write SQL queries for debugging and data validation.Solid understanding of data security practices — including encryption, secure credential storage, and API-level access controls.Excellent communication skills — confident in leading client discussions and driving clarity.
