About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment processes end-to-end. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in HR and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers / ATS.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.

Support employer branding initiatives when required.

Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or any related field.

0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methods.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
