Minimum 2 end-to-end life-cycle implementations. Strong understanding of MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, workflows. Expertise in provisioning system. Claidroid Technologies is looking for a certified SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay professional with 6+ years of exclusive hands-on experience. If you’re passionate about HR technology, thrive in global projects, and have led multiple end-to-end implementations, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay modules.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and align with SF-COMP & VP capabilities.
- Integrate Compensation & Variable Pay with other SAP SF modules and external systems.
