Job description

As a User Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving user growth and adoption of our Web3 social media platform. You will develop and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies across various digital channels, focusing on attracting and retaining a highly engaged user base within the Web3 community and beyond. You will be a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of user behavior and a passion for the evolving Web3 landscape.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and Execute User Acquisition Strategies : Design and implement multi-channel acquisition campaigns (e.g., paid social, search, influencer marketing, content marketing, community outreach, airdrops, partnerships).
  • Identify and target key user segments within the Web3 space and broader social media audience.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and user lifetime value (LTV).
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics : Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs (e.g., CAC, conversion rates, retention rates).
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, blockchain explorers) to track user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct A / B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Web3 Community Engagement : Develop and execute strategies to engage with the Web3 community across relevant platforms (e.g., Discord, Twitter, Telegram).
  • Collaborate with community managers to build strong relationships with key influencers and thought leaders.
  • Understanding of NFT, DAO, and tokenomics principles.
  • Content & Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Develop and optimize content for various acquisition channels.
  • Understand and create content that resonates with the Web3 native audience.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations : Identify and build strategic partnerships with relevant projects and organizations within the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with other web3 projects for cross promotion.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition or digital marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proven track record of driving user growth and achieving acquisition targets.
  • Experience with relevant analytics tools and platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology, NFTs, DAOs, and decentralized applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing, and community building.
  • Experience with building user acquisition campaigns for web3 platforms is a strong plus.
